Founded in Jaipur with a singular vision — to create a sanctuary where the rigorous discipline of classical dance meets the free spirit of modern expression. We currently operate from studios in Jaipur, Mumbai and Chennai, with online sessions reaching students across India.

A bridge between classical Kathak and contemporary movement — for dancers who want expressive, fluid choreography drawn from a classical vocabulary.

Foundation

For absolute beginners. Body conditioning, basic Tatkaar, posture, and the very first compositions of the Jaipur Gharana.

Intermediate

Aamd, Tihai, Chakkar variations and abhinaya basics. A working repertoire suitable for stage performance.

Advanced

Complex compositions, layakari, performance technique, repertoire-building and stage discipline. Preparation for solo recitals.

Degree & Diploma

Structured year-on-year programs leading to recognised diplomas in Kathak — for students serious about a long-form classical journey.

The Jaipur studio remains the heart of Nrityadhee — a space designed for serious practice, with mirrors that reflect every angle of every chakkar. For students outside Jaipur, live online sessions carry the same syllabus and the same intensity, with personal attention from the founders.
